These terms apply to the use of this website and to quote requests sent through it. Please read them before using the site. By using the site you accept them.

1. Website operator

2. Information on this website

The descriptions of our services are general information. They are not an offer and do not state a price. We try to keep the information accurate and up to date, but availability, routes and conditions depend on each job and may change.

3. Quote requests

Sending a request through the website does not create a contract and does not oblige either party. A price becomes binding only when it is set out in a written quote or proforma invoice from ETS Dominion Enterprise and accepted by you within its validity period.

You agree to give accurate information about the job, in particular the nature and weight of the cargo, the locations and the site access, as these affect the price and the safety of the work.

4. Services and contracts

Each service is governed by the written quote, proforma invoice or service agreement for that job. Where such a document differs from these terms, the signed document applies. Unless the written document says otherwise:

• prices are in FCFA and applicable taxes are added and shown separately;
• a deposit may be required before work starts, with the balance payable as stated in the quote or agreement;
• the client is responsible for declaring the true nature of the goods and for ensuring they may lawfully be transported;
• we may refuse to carry goods that are illegal, dangerous or not declared;
• neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as severe weather, impassable roads or decisions of public authorities.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the website to send false requests, spam or harmful content, or try to access the administration area or disrupt the website.

6. Intellectual property

The text, name, logo and design of this website belong to ETS Dominion Enterprise. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

These terms are published in English and French. Both versions have the same meaning.
