Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data ETS Dominion Enterprise collects through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have. It is written to meet the requirements of Law No. 2024/017 of 23 December 2024 relating to personal data protection in Cameroon.

1. Who is responsible for your data

ETS DOMINION ENTERPRISE, Sole proprietorship (Établissement) registered in Cameroon, RCCM CM-DLA-02-2025-A10-00430, NIU P039517618444J, with its head office at Fue Rouge, Bessengue, Douala, Littoral, Cameroon.

2. What we collect

When you send the quote form: your name, company or organisation, phone number, email address if you give it, the details of your job (locations, cargo, quantity, dates and message), the language of the page and the date and time you agreed to this policy.

To protect the form from abuse: a coded version of your IP address. It cannot be turned back into the address, is used only to limit repeated submissions, and is deleted after 24 hours.

Technical logs: like every website, our hosting provider automatically records requests to the server (such as IP address, date, page requested and browser type) for security and troubleshooting.

We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, sensitive information such as health, religion, political opinions or identity documents.

3. Why we use it

• To answer your request, prepare a quote and contact you about it.
• To prepare and carry out an agreement with you if you decide to use our services.
• To keep the website secure and stop spam.

We rely on the consent you give when you tick the box on the form, and on the steps needed before entering into a contract at your request. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not send marketing messages.

4. Who can see it

Your request is seen only by the people at ETS Dominion Enterprise who handle quotes. We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with:

• our website hosting and email provider, Hostinger, which stores the website, the database and our emails on our behalf;
• public authorities, where the law requires it.

If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are also handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.

5. Where it is stored

The website and email service are provided by Hostinger, whose servers may be located outside Cameroon. When this is the case, your data is transferred abroad only for hosting and email purposes, under our provider's security measures, and in line with the conditions set by Law No. 2024/017.

6. How long we keep it

• Quote requests that do not lead to a contract: deleted no later than 24 months after we receive them.
• Requests that lead to a contract: kept with our business records for as long as accounting and tax rules require.
• Coded IP addresses used against spam: 24 hours.

7. How we protect it

The website uses an encrypted HTTPS connection. The database can only be reached by the website itself, the administration area is protected by a personal password, and access is limited to the people who need it.

8. Your rights

Under Law No. 2024/017 you can ask us to:

• tell you whether we hold data about you and give you a copy;
• correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
• delete your data;
• stop or limit how we use it, or object to its use;
• give you your data in a usable format to pass to someone else.

You can also withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect what we did before you withdrew it.

To use any of these rights, email info@etsdominionenterprise.com and mention the reference number of your request if you have one. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We answer free of charge and within the time limits set by law.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority established by Law No. 2024/017.

9. Cookies

This website uses one cookie, etsd_session, only on the quote form and the administration area. It is strictly necessary to protect the form against forged submissions and is deleted when you close your browser. We do not use analytics, advertising or social media cookies, and we do not load content from other websites.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with a new date.
